Creighton Morisch - Iowa Lakes - Sophomore – Forward

Iowa Lakes needed everything they had on Saturday in the Region 11 Championship game against Kirkwood. The Lakers held on to win the title 96-87 in overtime and reach the NJCAA National Tournament for the second time in three years. The game's top performer was Creighton Morisch. The sophomore center scored 25 points, grabbed 14 rebounds and dished out six assists in 39 minutes. Crucially, in a game where every point mattered, Morisch knocked down his foul shots -- going 15 of 16 from the line. Iowa Lakes is the No. 5 seed at the upcoming National Tournament in Danville, Ill.
