FRESHMAN SEASON (2021): In her first season, Otte played 45 games for the Lakers. She batted .202 with a .254 on-base percentage. Mackenna had 22 hits, including five homeruns and one homerun. Otte was awarded 1st Team Academic All-Region and 3rd Team NJCAA Academic All-Amemrican in her first season.

HIGH SCHOOL (2020): As a shortstop for the Rockets, Otte has helped lead her team to back-to-back Minnesota State Tournament appearances, including a third-place finish during the 2019 season. Last season, she had a batting average of .340, with 33 hits, including three doubles, three triples, and one homerun. During her career, Otte has been named to the Red Wing Republican Eagle All-Area Team (2017), All-Conference Team (2017-2019), All-Section Team (2019), All-State Team Honorable Mention (2019), Academic All-Conference Team (2017-2019), and State Tournament All-Tournament Team (2018). Additionally, she was voted Most Improved Player (2017) and Golden Glove (2019). A two-year-letter winner in basketball, Otte has also seen success on the court. She was captain of the team last season and has been awarded Academic All-Conference for two consecutive years (2017-2018). Otte has also remained on the A Honor Roll from 2016 to the present.  

PERSONAL: Otte is the daughter of Derek and Amy Otte. She has four siblings, Imogen, Paige, Tenley, and Briggs. Otte's favorite food is pizza, color is blue, and song is "Better Together". Her favorite movie is Blindside and TV show is Greys Anatomy. When Mackenna is not playing softball, you can find her spending time with friends and family. Otte is also known as Kenna or Ken Ken and the most interesting place she has visited is Switzerland.
