The first breakthrough came from Heartland, a high shot went clanging off the cross bar, shot straight up into the afternoon sky, then came down just feet in front of the Lakes net for a tap in. The lakers did not get rattled by this event and keppt playing their game. Finding the equalizer when Maddy Waterhouse of Spirit Lake, IA pressed Heartland into a mistake and the ball found converted kepper from Tokyo, Japan, Miu Kamei who his the ball 25 yards into the empty net.
