Katelyn Nichols is in her first season as a graduate assistant coach with Iowa Lakes Community College volleyball. She began her collegiate career at Southwest Minnesota State University, where she competed for three seasons, before finishing at the University of Wisconsin–River Falls. At UWRF, Nichols earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication while completing her fourth year of collegiate competition.

Throughout college, Nichols also coached club volleyball, gaining valuable experience training athletes at the junior level and fostering a love for the game in younger players. She now brings both her playing and coaching background to Iowa Lakes, emphasizing player development, teamwork, and helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the court.
