ESTHERVILLE, IA — Iowa Lakes Community College closed out its season Tuesday night with an 80–72 loss to Central Community College inside Laker Gym.

The Lakers trailed just 30–29 at halftime and remained within striking distance throughout the second half. Germaal Forde led Iowa Lakes with 27 points, seven rebounds, and seven blocks while Jermaine Freeman added 18 points. Jorge Castro chipped in 13 points and five assists. Cooper Harris tallied six rebounds and three assists. Jack Wadlington finished with eight points, five rebounds and three assists.

Iowa Lakes finished the night shooting 49.1% from the field and scored 46 points in the paint. The contest marked the final game of the 2025–26 season for the Lakers.
